I sighed, stepping into the crowded train station. I smiled a bit as cool air blasted against my face. "Thank god..." I murmured. It was what, at least a hundred degrees outside? I pushed my way through people, and pulled out some money, approaching the ticket booth. After waiting about five minutes, I made it to the small, glass window. A tall and bulky man stood behind it. "One ticket to Lior," I said, a bit irritable, and shoved the money up on the counter. He took it, before handing me a small white ticket. I nodded a thanks, and rushed to the large black train. I took a step in, and found an empty seat, sliding into it with a sigh of relief.

I looked to my right to see another person. He looked unique, so I decided to say, "Hello." My smiled widened, but then faded. Eh, not smiley today. I decided, and kept my eyes locked on the other person.

I looked over. "Hey," I said, smiling. "Thank god for fans, eh?" I added, trying to make conversation and looking up at the odd, seemingly out-of-place fans that hung from the ceiling of the train. I could see the sky outside slowly turning darker. Lately, however, it never got truly dark. You could always see the explosive sun, burning in the sky.

I chuckled in agreement. "Thank God." I said and smiled. Looking upwards, I noticed the amount of fans, and let out a sigh.

"I'm Destin," I said, holding out my hand for her to shake. People were now pouring into the train, chatting and all kinds of other things. I wondered if all these people were just trying to escape the heat, or if they were going somewhere. I thought about the bloated sun, and then about how all these people might just die soon, with no achievements or rewards, just a sad, lonely life.

I shook his offered hand and replied. "Madeline. I prefer Maddie though." I grew a smile once more, but relaxed my muscles.

I nodded. "Where you headed to?" I asked, a bit curious. I, myself, was headed to Lior, maybe I could find some clues to where I might find a philosopher's stone. I had three automail limbs, and to be honest I wanted to have my regular body back. No more metal legs, or metal arm. Just me, regular me.

"Anywhere." I said, looking around. "Away from retards here, though." I chuckled a little.

I laughed. "I'm headed to Lior," I said, and listened as the train let out steam, and slowly began moving.

I nodded once more. "Okay," I said, and listened as the train finally reached a consistent speed, heading for it's next stop, Lior.

"No, no," I said, but yawned again. I looked out the window, watching the darkened landscape pass by as we continued to move along the track.

I laughed a bit, and pulled the necklace, which was inscribed with a transmutation circle, out from my shirt. I pulled out a small glass jar which contained a large amount of cocoa mix, and marshmallows. I clapped a bit, and touched my fingers to the glass. A flash lit up the small booth-like seat, and once it was gone, all that was left was the reconstructed glass, which was formed into two glass cups, full of hot chocolate made from moisture and heat from the air. "Thirsty?"

I put on big puppy dog eyes as my mouth watered. "Hell yes." I said calmly, though I wanted to tackle him for the drink.

I laughed once more, and held it out. "Here, here," I said. It was pretty basic transmutation, using only the most basic of skill. I could do it when I was twelve. It was like reforming the glass into another form, and then pulling heat and water from air to actually make it. It was children's play.

I grabbed it and sipped some, being polite to Destin. "Here, I don't wanna be greedy." I said, handing it back to him.

I slowly push past people heading into the train station in Lior "I finally made it" i have my hood over my head to hide my identity and my sword of sorrows with the state alchemy pocket watch wrapped around it on my side
